Blazing trails: first Indigenous Australian to study engineering at Cambridge, Engineers Australia
I try to use my strengths in STEM to help other people in education. I really want to give back because I've received a lot in the form of scholarships.  Due to the generosity of different organisations to send me overseas, it was really important for me to be able to provide something back to the community, especially the Aboriginal community.

There are a lot of opportunities for Indigenous students interested in STEM, there's a lot of support in the form of programs at the high school level and at university.  Going down the STEM path has been very rewarding for myself and I would highly recommend it.
